Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the tub cost?
The cost of the tub includes installation and varies depending on - hallway and doorway widths, plumbing and electrical configuarations, bathroom layout and the walls around the your existing tub.
Can I use the tub as a shower as well?
The answer is YES - in fact, we have a rain shower package specifically designed for showering inside of your walk-in tub. You will also have the option of a L-Shaped shower curtain or a glass shower door.
How long does the consultation take?
Each consult we provide varies greatly. We try our best to make the process as smooth and clear as possible. If you need more information or would like a more thorough consult, we are more than happy to take the time to do this. Our goal is to minimize the effort on the part of our customers.
How do I keep from burning myself with hot water?
We offer premium faucets that come equipped with an anti-scald mixing valve as an added feature. We understand that the elderly or disabled may not be able to properly judge water temperature, so with this unique design we created a system that prevents the water from going over a 104° unless you opt to change that temperature.
Is there a lot of maintenance required for the tub?
Each of our tubs is crafted with long-lasting reinforced marine fiberglass including a triple gelcoat finish. Although our tubs are easy to clean, we do recommend that you wipe them down after every use to maintain the quality and sheen. Depending on how often the tub is used, we recommend that you clean the Hydro - massage system once a month. Refer to the manual for more information.
How long does it take for the tub to fill up?
Our faucets have 3⁄4” inlets but the water pressure in your home would determine how fast your tub fills up. We have designed our faucets to allow for optimal water flow at 18GPM.

With our patented Hurry Drain system, it can take from 90 to 110 seconds for the tub to drain.

The main difference is the structural design of our tubs versus a standard tub. Please note some tubs may require a dedicated 20amp circuit, but the plumbing is the same.
How does the water stay hot in the tub?
